The Guenther family of Muddy Pond Sorghum has been making this syrup for generations in east Tennessee. They grow the sorghum grass, harvest it and press the sweet juice from it. The syrup is then boiled down, similar to maple syrup, to produce a delicious condiment for pancakes, waffles, biscuits and toast. It can also be used as a natural sweetener in baking. Non-GMO.
